  4. Intermediate (with Maths, Physical science, Biological science and Social Studies) Considered As Qualification for APDEECET. Here Diploma Is Equivalent to Intermediate Education. Supreme Court Also Mentioned in Several Issues Related to Qualification such as Diploma Is Equivalent to Intermediate Education.
Why Didn’t Giving Opportunity for Diploma Holder (Polytechnical Students). Because Diploma Holders Also Studying Maths and Physical science as Subject in Diploma. And Several Times Supreme Court also Mentioned that Diploma Education is Equivalent to Intermediate Education. In Diploma Included Maths 3 years (1st, 2nd and 3rd) and Physical Science 2 years ( 1st and 2nd). Even Though Diploma Education Satisfying Eligibility Criteria for APDEECET.
